1. Who you are contracting with

QuoteMagic Pro ("the Service") is operated by QuoteMagic ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you ("the User") agree to these Terms.

2. Acceptance

By continued use of the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. The Service

QuoteMagic Pro generates client quotes, SMS-ready messages, and downloadable invoice PDFs for service businesses. You are responsible for the accuracy of any pricing or job details you enter.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

  • use it for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or to send spam;
  • infringe anyone else's intellectual property rights;
  • upload malware or attempt to interfere with the Service's security (probing, scraping, etc.);
  • resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer the Service.

5. Intellectual property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including the software, branding, and documentation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan.

6. Service level

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance and disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Payment, billing, taxes & refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. For payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics, please refer to Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious policy violations.

9. Account credentials

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages, except where such exclusion is not permitted by law (e.g. fraud, death, personal injury).

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction.
